We reserve the right to adjust the terms and conditions as necessary. Therefore terms and conditions should be read each time a purchase is made.

Prices
Postage and packaging and additional charges for extras or upgrades are added to the order and will also be clearly stated at the checkout. It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the correct postage for the number of items ordered. `

Payment Terms
All items must be paid for at the point of order using the payment options available at the checkout. Once the full payment has been made, the order will be dispatched within the specified turn around time that can be found on our home page. If for any reason this is not possible, the buyer will be contacted. The customer is responsible for making sure their postage address and contact information is correct when they checkout.

Sending us your clothes
For keepsakes and memory items, the clothes need to be sent clean and you may wish to wash the clothes before sending. It is the customer's responsibility to send the correct number of items required to make the item. The number of items required can be found in each product description on our website. Clothes should be in good condition so that they can be sewn together without causing any damage. The look of each keepsake may differ dependant on the type of materials supplied, quality of fabric, how worn or washed the fabrics are. If clothes are extremely worn or have been previously cut it may affect the quality of the end product or may not be suitable at all. We reserve the right to refuse any items that are not suitable but the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to send in additional clothes. If you have a preferred item of clothing to be used on your item, please make sure this is specified when the clothing is sent to us. We will do our best to honour all requests but cannot guarantee to include all special requests.

If you are in any doubt about the condition of the clothes, the quantity, or have any other questions about them please email us before you send them. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post on their way to us and we therefore recommend that you send all clothes recorded delivery.

Delivery
We dispatch our keepsake orders using Royal Mail. Our turn around time will only begin for your order once all appropriate items have been received to complete the order. If you require your order for a specific date, please email us to discuss this beforehand.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We do our very best to make sure you receive the items you want, exactly as you want them. However, if any item arrives damaged, or if it is not the item you ordered, please inform us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund, provided the goods have not been used and are returned in their original condition. In the event that an item becomes damaged after this initial 28 day period, we reserve the right to charge a fee for repair of the item as we cannot be held responsible for handling or storage of these delicate keepsake items.
For items where we are not informed within 28 days of there being an issue we reserve the right to refuse a refund. For keepsakes and other personalised items we are unable to provide a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to a mistake on our part. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.
Where returning items please get proof of postage and where possible use recorded delivery. For items that are faulty or incorrect due to a mistake on our end we will refund the postage. No refunds or exchanges will be made until the goods have been returned to us.

Your right to cancel
If you order through our website, or over the telephone you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for the price paid for the product for 14 days from the date that the order is placed, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This right does not apply to any personalised products, or any products that have been tailored to your specific requirements. If you wish to exercise this right you must contact us before the end of the 8th working day since your order has been placed. You will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the items to us. If you wish to cancel an order for a keepsake/memory product you may do this prior to sending us your clothes for that order and we will refund the full price you paid.

All of our orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Disclaimer
We do our very best to ensure that all of the information on our website is correct. Given the handmade and very personalised touches that our products receive, all measurements are approximate. We use the same patterns for each keepsake/memory item and any variations are therefore unavoidable and we will not replace items where they do not exactly match the product example photograph on the website.
